It pairs beautifully with simple savoury biscuits or a handful of almonds, and moves gracefully to the table with seafood: fine de claire oysters, grilled red mullet, delicate ceviche, fish carpaccio or crab toasts.
The visual impression is one of youthfulness — lively and sparkling.
With aeration, the bouquet expands toward more tertiary accents, revealing the contribution of the reserve wines: hazelnut, toasted bread and a delicate smoky nuance add lovely complexity.
The aromatic profile evolves from springlike freshness to summery warmth.
The wine’s fluidity, the finesse of its bubbles and the controlled softness of its dosage create a silky texture, lifted by a hint of firmness.

Champagne Philbert
A convivial companion to share with family or friends.

The history of our Maison is deeply intertwined with that of our family. It all began at the end of the 19th century, when our ancestors were already tending the vines with passion.
In 1923, driven by a desire to go further, Victor Philbert decided to bottle his own Champagne.
A few years later, one of his descendants, Henri Philbert, became a récoltant-manipulant and created the brand Champagne Philbert. Since then, six generations have followed, each adding their own contribution to this heritage.
Today, our House is still owned by the founding family, and we take pride in carrying on this know-how passed down through generations.
Since 2021, Yannick Dubois has had the honor of managing the vineyard and crafting the champagnes that embody this family legacy.
