This is a Champagne playing appeasement and serenity, which expresses a beautiful aromatic and gustatory balance by wisely using the reserve wines (Perpetuelle-Solera) for aromatic complexity, frank acidity and more particularly the dosage liqueur in Extra-Brut.

Visual analysis
The color is golden yellow and the effervescence generates splendid bubbles that form a magnificent halo of foam on the surface. The whole is very classic, very Champagne.
Olfactory analysis
The first nose expresses maturity with aromas of cooked fruit, dried flowers, mushrooms and hazelnut cookies. After a few moments in the flute, the honey becomes more present. This blended wine displays its complexity by presenting at the same time primary, secondary and tertiary aromas. The air tightness after twenty minutes is excellent and it confirms the maturity of the wine.Taste analysis
The initial impact on the palate is very lively as well as the bubbling effervescence. Then the wine immediately finds its balance with a frank acidity nuanced by a good dosage and body.
The whole is harmonious, rather straight and generates a fairly tender texture.
The final
The finish is fresh. It is quite long, 7 to 8 seconds of persistence, and ends up leaving a firm sense on aromas of cooked fruit flavours and biscuits.
