This Cuvée Sélection, tonic and generous, is a beautiful presentation of Chardonnay. Without being austere, it manages to honor the qualities of freshness and minerality of this grape variety in Champagne.

This Champagne should be served between 8 and 10 degrees of temperature in a slender flute in order to preserve its balance.We can taste it at the aperitif to pamper ourselves.

Visual analysis
This Cuvée has a light yellow colour with green highlights. The effervescence, fine and brilliant, generates a beautiful crown on the surface.The presentation is fresh and appetising.
Olfactory analysis
The first nose is well open. We perceive scents of citrus fruits, butter, thyme, oregano and bergamot.After aeration, the expression generates a marine sensation (dulse seaweed, iodine). Then, as it warms up, it becomes more "earthy" and releases a note of roasting and praline, as well as a lactic note.
This is the classic nose of an exceptional Champagne Blanc de Blancs: complex and seductive.
Taste analysis
Giving priority to freshness and dosage, the attack is both precise and smooth. Then the effervescence quickly comes to dictate the pace, while the wine shows its fluidity. We find freshness and dosage in balance, in counterpoint to the effervescence.The whole exudes a feeling of acidic yumminess. The touch on the palate, the warm and slightly soft texture of the wine (suggesting wool), reinforce this feeling of pleasure.
The final
The finish is aromatic, very long (10 seconds of persistence), acidic and generous.Very gently, it reveals a tenuous salinity coated with wet chalk.
