As a Champagne enthusiast and expert, I am delighted to offer you a unique experience: the Masterclasses, personally led and customized to suit your needs.

TYPOLOGY

The Masterclasses currently proposed are of two types:

• THEME MASTERCLASS - in presence/online
  An all-round discovery of the world of Champagne and its protagonists: the Vignerons, the regions, the terroirs, the Crus, the grape varieties, the secrets of vinification and, to finish, the tasting of the finest Cuvées from the Collection most representative of the chosen theme.
  During the tasting, we will discover together the secrets of making the Cuvées, appreciate their aromas, flavours and structure, and find out how to pair them with food.
• MASTERCLASS-DINNER - in presence
  The Masterclass-dinners are the ideal setting for approaching and discovering the world of Champagne thanks to an evocative and fascinating journey. Each Cuvée from the Collection is proposed in combination with a dish (agreed with your chef).
  A unique and exciting oenological and gastronomic experience, an immersive adventure that takes you on a discovery of Champagne and its secrets.
