Serving and food pairings
Served at a temperature of 8 ° C and in a rather rounded flute, it will release all its qualities.
He will be more at ease at an aperitif time, but he can successfully accompany a cuisine based on raw fish or meat carpaccio.
The color of this Champagne Rosé, shaded by light blue reflections, suggests rose petals. The very fine and rather calm effervescence feeds a small chain of white foam. The general presentation of this Cuvée is fresh and original.
The first nose is quite discreet. We perceive aromas of pink grapefruit, strawberry, violet and marshmallow. The sensation is fine and light. When aired, a real bouquet of red fruits is revealed. The impression is more intense and after a few minutes, aromas of strawberry and rose juice vary the expression. It is a very fruity nose, with a pleasant finesse and good resistance to air after ten minutes in the flute.
The first impact on the palate is lively and doubled by an exuberant effervescence. The beautiful acidity of the wine will accompany us until the finish. The dosage, slightly on the sidelines, tempers this freshness and supplements the vinosity. The palate is tight, very clean, without an impression of alcohol or tannin. The wine stands upright with an incisive structure and announces a tangy finish.
It is long, 8 seconds of persistence, pungent and chalky. Offers some aromas of grapefruit and crushed strawberries.
