White meat in sauce
This wine is a fine example of balance in the Blanc de Noirs family of Champagnes. A vinous Champagne, nuanced thanks to its beautiful acidity and minerality. It will gain more and more in aromatic complexity, its structure destined without restraint for gastronomy.

Serving and food pairings
This Cuvée is to be served in a flute with a large glass and at a temperature of 10 ° C.
It will find its place at the time of an aperitif accompanied by morsels of Parmesan or Pecorino. Then all white meats in creamy sauce will be welcome: try a chicken à la Georges Blanc, as well as the fresh fleshy pasta.
The light golden color of this Cuvée is enriched by a fine and lively effervescence that feeds a delicate chain of bubbles on the surface. The whole creates a sparkle that brings a lot of elegance to the visual presentation.
The first nose is powerful, rich and fresh at the same time. The fleshy fruitiness of pear and apple goes well with citrus fruits and baguette bread. With a little ventilation, the expression becomes more elegant; yellow flowers appear, along with a hint of fresh butter. It is a very pleasant, appetising nose with a very good air resistance.
The first impact is supple and ample at the same time. It opens on a full, warm and gourmet mouth, in a word vinous. The complexity arises from the presence of a beautiful vivacity that finely brings a lot of dynamism and flavor. The whole generates a slightly viscous consistency and at the same times an elegant smooth texture. In retro-olfaction we perceive aromas of almonds then the minerality appears, "crunchy" and saline.
The finish ends on aromas of pineapple and honey with a nice length of 8-9 seconds. As for the palate, beyond the vinosity, it is the dynamism that prevails with a final tangy touch.
