Viney but elegant, mature but with potential, complex but distinctive, it expresses its terroir and birth vintage with conviction.
As such, it belongs to the family of "great origin" Champagne wines.

Visual analysisA rich and elegant presentation.
A magnificent golden colour adorned with a multitude of fine bubbles that create a splendid aureole of foam on the surface.
Olfactory analysisThe first nose is open and immediately expressive.
It combines aromas of brioche, orange, cooked pears and toasted hazelnut in a late summer or early autumn atmosphere.
On aeration, the expression is typical of Champagnes from the vintage 2015 and evolves towards malt and caramel.
The nose is already very rich, combining maturity and identity.
Taste analysisThe attack is soft, then we enjoy the tender, warm vinosity of the Cuvée with its aromas of brioche and cooked fruit.
The wine's body envelop the effervescence and acidity. The tannins and minerality provide a good balance and density.
The result is a texture that suggests velvet, thick, warm and dense.
The finalThe finish is extremely long (more than 15 seconds of persistence) and very rich.
Finely acidic, it releases scents of caramel and hazelnut as well as salty sensations.
