Visual analysis 

This Champagne Rosé de Saignée has a regal presence in a magnificent raspberry and copper colour. It is adorned with a multitude of glitters generated by extremely fine bubbles. The abundance of foam on the surface reinforces the feeling of richness. A lush and mature presentation.

Olfactory analysis 

The first nose suggests autumn and gluttony. It offers notes of candied fruit, honey and caramel on a "smoky" background and undergrowth. When aired, the expression becomes more complex and spicy. We perceive carnation, liquorice, star anise, vanilla, white pepper and noble wood with a deep aroma of sandalwood.It is an intense and refined nose, which offers to the connoisseur a real bouquet.

Taste analysis 

The first impact on the palet is full-bodied and then fresh, without delay, the vinosity asserts itself. Rich and structured, consistent and fresh, slightly tannic, this maceration Rosé resonates with a thousand notes, adorned with aromas of candied cherry. The bubble is very fine, but the effervescence is only accessory. The same goes for the dosage, far from acidity. The body of the wine is marked by the beautiful consistency, by the tannic and acid structure as well as by a calcareous sensation, which produces a certain "chewability". The whole, patinated by time, generates a silky and sharp structure at the same time, like taffeta.

The final 

The finish is powerful and long (8 to 10 seconds), complex, tasty and finely saline. It recalls cherry again and concludes its run with elegant tannins followed by a hint of bitterness.
