Visual analysis 

The color, pale yellow, offers light greenish reflections. The rapid, fine and abundant effervescence generates a nice foam on the surface. The whole inspires youth and freshness.

Olfactory analysis 

The first nose is open and offers a first summer impression with aromas of citrus, yellow fruits, wheat, almonds and foliage. Gradually, we also get bread (baguette), acacia, barley and iodine. It is a nose of great freshness and beautiful complexity.
After long minutes of aeration, the expression turns towards increasingly maritime aromas.

Taste analysis 

The initial impact on the palet is fresh and opens on a tight palate. The acidic taste sets the tone, well accompanied by effervescence. The couple sets the pace for the tasting by offering a fine example of lively, bubbly and fluid Champagne. When tasted, the whole takes on a small full-bodied character and the dosage brings roundness, volume and delicacy. Thus the texture evolves in the mouth and goes from firmness to a crunchy and soft sensation.

The final 

The finish is savory and very long (over 10 seconds). It finishes its run leaving a sharp sensation and a slightly saline note.
