Visual analysis

The Cuvée "F" is presented with beautiful light pink reflections that show both the delicacy of the pressing of the grapes and the beautiful maturity of the harvest. The abundant and exuberant effervescence nourishes a beautiful halo of foam on the surface

Olfactory analysis

The first nose, well open and appetizing, is expressed frankly with notes of cooked fruit, quince, biscuits, on a background of leaves, tea and tobacco. As it warms up, aromas of pear brandy, cinnamon and quince jelly appear giving it a little autumnal character. It is a complex and mature nose whose expression continues to evolve in the glass even after several minutes.

Taste analysis

The first impact is round and the palate is generous. It has texture, as well as a seductive dosage tip. This is counterbalanced by the delicate freshness of acidity and the elegance of the effervescence. All this produces a structure that has volume and is caressing, like velvet. At the same time the aromas of bread and quince jelly return to the palate.

The final

The finish is long (from 6 to 7 seconds of persistence) and acidulous, both fresh and greedy. Punctuate the tasting with clarity, sweetness and consistency.
