Visual analysis 

The color is very “Champagne”, blonde, slightly golden, and enlivened by a lively, fine and alert effervescence. A beautiful bead of bubbles crowns the surface. The presentation of this Cuvée is mature and elegant.

Olfactory analysis 

The “first nose” is open with stone fruit, honey and bread crust aromas. It is an intense and appetizing nose, well in place, which presents both freshness and notes of evolution. After aeration we perceive notes of cooked fruit (pear, quince), yellow flowers (mimosa), cashew nuts. The expression is also more "pastry". After many minutes the "air resistance" is good, a sign of the good health of this Cuvée.
